Cancellation Policy

We get it—plans change. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After this window, your order may already be in processing and cannot be changed. If canceled within 24 hours, your refund will be issued within 7 business days.

We believe in our products, and we want you to feel the same. That’s why we ask you to try your GLAMOPAL product for at least 14 days. If you’re still not satisfied, you can request a return anytime within 60 days of receiving your order.

Damaged Items

We take care in packaging your order securely, but if your item arrives damaged or defective, let us know within 72 hours of delivery. Damage includes any defects or breakage in the product itself (not the packaging).

To report a damaged item, email glamopal.us@gmail.com with a clear photo of the damage. If eligible, we’ll send you a replacement at no additional cost. We do not issue refunds, replacements, or returns for items damaged due to normal wear, misuse, or accidental drops.


Shipping & Delivery Issues

We aim to ship your order quickly and reliably, but delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control. Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped.

For delivery issues, please first contact the shipping provider with your tracking number.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. If you entered the wrong address and do not notify us within 24 hours, we cannot offer a refund or replacement. Once shipped, the address cannot be changed.
