🚚 Order Processing Times

Please allow 4–7 business days to process and dispatch your order. Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow your delivery in real time.

During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may extend to up to 10 business days, but we always work to get your order out as quickly as possible.


🌎 Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping times vary depending on your location. Once your order has been dispatched, here’s what you can expect:

  • 🇺🇸 United States: 5–10 business days

  • 🇨🇦 Canada: 7–12 business days

  • 🇦🇺 Australia: 7–14 business days

  • 🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 6–12 business days

  • 🌍 Other Countries: 10–20 business days

Please note: International orders may experience customs delays which can extend delivery times. Shipping carriers may also encounter transit delays during holidays or peak periods — these are outside our control.


📦 Order Changes & Shipping Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may lead to delays or cancellations.

If you realize there’s an error with your address, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order at glamopal.us@gmail.com. We’ll do our best to update your info before your order is processed, but changes cannot be guaranteed after the 24-hour window.

If our system detects an issue with your address, our support team will reach out by email within 3 business days. If we don’t receive a response, we reserve the right to cancel the order.


⏱️ Delayed Delivery

We know how important timely delivery is, and we aim to get your order to you as fast as possible. However, delays can sometimes occur due to factors beyond our control, such as:

  • Courier transit delays

  • Weather disruptions or natural events

  • Payment or address verification issues

  • Product availability during high demand

If any issues arise, we’ll keep you informed and assist however we can. While Glamopal is not liable for delays caused by external factors, we are here to support you throughout the process.


📬 Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your package has been handed over to our shipping carrier, it is no longer under our direct control. If your package is lost or stolen, please reach out to us at glamopal.us@gmail.com and we’ll do everything we can to help.

We also recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Most couriers require the recipient to open the claim and may request additional information. We’re happy to follow up on your behalf to help resolve the issue.

While Glamopal is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we may offer a one-time replacement depending on the situation. If necessary, you may also file a police report if you believe your package was stolen after delivery.
